They do okay job. But Daniil Kulayev is very unprofessional and rude. He does not behave good.

NEW ISSUE (JUNE 2023): This morning, the crew were using a gas-powered leaf blower. I advised them that in this borough - CDN-NDG - it's illegal (since 2022) to use that apparatus between June 1-Sept 30. The worker replied that regardless, he's going to keep using it (and continued to use it). I can appreciate that he didn't know the borough regulations, but LandZarmy exempt itself? Shall I make a complaint to the borough directly, or will you update your workers?UPDATE 2: The service since our review has been very good, no more issues with uneven mowing, etc.UPDATE: After posting our review, the 3-person team returned the following day and recut the front lawn so it's even. We'll keep an eye on future mowing this season. Adding one star to the review for now and see how it goes.This company won the the contract to mow the lawns at our HLM in NDG this year. We had new sod installed in the front lawn following a renovation of the entry and it was growing magnificently - healthy, no dead spots. LandZarmy has mowed it 3 times to date, each time the grass is mowed unevenly, long in some areas (i.e. not cut), too short in areas (like a buzz cut). In some areas, it's cut so short that it will be a wonder if it survives. Since every time they have mowed, the grass has been exceptionally long, the mower doesn't have a mulcher, the cut grass is left in big piles all over the lawn, which suffocates the grass beneath. In order to save the grass, we (the tenants) have had to rake the grass each time and bag it. Unless they improve their performance, we couldn't recommend their services to anyone. However, the tenants have no input in the awarding of contracts, it's the OMHM.

They get their job done well, they keep everything clean and they work hard.
